1. Eligibility

- Replacing receipts that have been lost, damaged, or never issued, with the prior knowledge and approval of any party that will receive the replacement (such as your employer or accountant)
- Bookkeeping and record-keeping for your own legitimate business or personal transactions
- Testing receipt printers, point-of-sale systems, or accounting software
- Educational, design, or creative projects (film props, classroom mock-ups, design portfolios, etc.)
- Personal financial visualization and planning
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not use the Service to:
- Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity, including but not limited to submitting fabricated receipts to tax authorities, employers, insurance companies, courts, or any other party with the intent to obtain money, goods, services, or benefits to which you are not entitled
- Misrepresent transactions that did not occur
- Reproduce, imitate, or display the trademarks, logos, or branding of any business in a manner that suggests false endorsement, partnership, or affiliation
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, the servers or networks connected to the Service, or any other user’s enjoyment of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks
- Use any automated system (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access or use the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human user could reasonably produce
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission
- Harass, threaten, or harm any other person or entity
- Use the Service to develop a competing product or service
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (including the receipts you generate). However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you create — including business names, logos, addresses, and any third-party trademarks you choose to include — does not infringe the rights of any third party and complies with all applicable laws.
4.3 No License to Third-Party Trademarks
The Service does not grant you any license or right to use any third-party trademark. If you choose to include a third-party trademark on a generated receipt, you do so at your own risk and bear sole responsibility for any consequences.
5. Free Service and Future Changes
The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features, paid plans, or modify the Service in the future. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes that affect users.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

- The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
- Any errors or defects will be corrected
- The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
- The results of using the Service will meet your requirements
7. Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless receiptfake.com and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

- Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
